Healthy Skin Care Regime!

Your skin is the body’s largest organ. We often take for granted that our skin protects us from the enduring elements of our environment. That is why it is so important to protect our skin as it protects us!!
Here are some tips;

3 step daily cleanse - twice a day, a.m. and p.m.

Step 1: Cleansing
Cleansers remove makeup and environmental impurities from the skin
Cleansing milks clean but also hydrate, revitalize and invigorate leaving a radiant, healthy completion.

Exfoliating cleansers soften and remove dead skin cells, which allows the skin to self purify and allows other products absorb. It allows a gentle daily exfoliation.

Step 2: Toning
Toners refresh and balance the skin.


Step 3: Moisturizers
Moisturizers hydrate and soften the skin. Depending on the your skins need they also can balance out your skin to help hydrate or control oil production. It is important to use a moisturizer everyday even for oily skin!

That is the easy skin care regime!!

ADD A SERUM..
Serums give you an extra boost. They infuse your skin with much needed vitamins and minerals. They are highly concentrated so you only need a little. They provide a deeper penetration into the skin. The active ingredients plump and smooth your skin to control skin conditions and provide a youthful healthy look.


Exfoliating and Masking
(2-3x a week)


Exfoliating is the key to vibrant skin!!

For younger skin, exfoliation unplugs pores and keeps skin clear and smooth. For mature skin, exfoliation is essential to help minimize fine lines, remove dry flakes, revive sluggish skin and recover the youthful radiance of the skin.

Masking (1x to 2x a week) will dramatically increase the elasticity and health of your skin.
A treatment mask is used to control dryness, oiliness, acne, rosacea, or other special skin conditions.

It is never too soon to take care of or prevent the fine lines around your eyes. Anyone 25 and over needs an eye cream 2x a day.

  1. Agree with all of it! I would add that an oil based cleanser takes away dirt and oils (like + like).
